Background

Lucullus transports Caesar's Legion members and allies from Cottonwood Cove to the Fort via barge. After unleashing the radioactive barrels from the truck to wipe out Cottonwood Cove, Cursor Lucullus will survive to run the ferry, and is found wearing an Advanced Radiation Suit. He comments that he warned other Legion members weeks ago about the danger, but they did not listen. If he is killed, one can take the raft to the Fort without him.
